Helen Swift
Helen is a Women’s Health Physiotherapist specialising in pelvic health across all life stages — from pregnancy and postnatal recovery to menopause, pelvic pain, prolapse, and bladder and bowel concerns. She holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy (First Class Honours) and extensive post-graduate training through the APA in Women’s and Pelvic Health.
Helen has intentionally kept her practice small and unhurried, so every appointment is centred entirely on the person in front of her. As a mother of three, she brings both clinical depth and genuine lived understanding to her work.

Elysia (Ely) Klaes
Ely is a Clinical Pilates Instructor specialising in rehabilitative and therapeutic movement.
Throughout her career, she has collaborated closely with physiotherapists, osteopaths, chiropractors, and other allied health professionals — developing movement programs that complement clinical treatment plans and support clients in bridging the gap between rehabilitation and everyday function.
With over a decade of teaching experience and a strong foundation in science and healthcare, Ely brings both clinical rigour and depth of knowledge to her practice. She holds a Bachelor of Science, a Diploma and Certificate IV in Contemporary Pilates and Teaching Methodology and is currently completing a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy.
Ely has pursued extensive specialist training across a range of evidence-informed approaches, with certifications in Pre & Post Natal Pilates ™, Pilates for Menopause™, Buff Bones®, Franklin Method® Level One and Gyrokinesis® Method. This depth of training equips her to support clients across all stages of life. At the core of her approach is education and empowerment.
Her sessions are precise, considered, and thoroughly individualised. Ely believes that movement should be both effective and sustainable — helping clients build strength, body awareness and confidence so they can move well both in and beyond their sessions. Her clinical background and collaborative approach ensure every session is shaped around each client’s unique goals and long-term wellbeing.
